Sometimes — Amazon offers paid haul-away ($25–$50) only on select major appliances sold and shipped by Amazon with white-glove delivery. Most third-party Marketplace appliances do NOT qualify, and the option must appear at checkout. Amazon's haul-away story is messier than the big-box chains. It depends on the seller, the item, and the delivery method — white-glove appliances qualify, but most washers, dryers, and fridges sold by third-party sellers don't. Many shoppers don't see the option at checkout and assume it doesn't exist.
